Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are modified to support the changing needs of the expectant mother. In addition, you’ll learn breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that will help you feel better throughout your pregnancy and help prepare your body and mind for the challenges of labor, delivery and motherhood. Prenatal yoga can be practiced throughout all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is needed.

 Taking registration for  a Friday 5:30pm class. The next session begins on February 3rd, 2012.



 
 
    MOMMY TIME YOGA
Mommy Time yoga is a very informal class where Mom's bring the kids  along. Children crawling to 4 years are welcome.We know how hard it is to find a babysitter and how isolating motherhood can be at times. We allow the children to join in or play with their toys.Sometimes it's just downright noisy...but that's ok...we allow the children to be children & we can still  get a good workout in. All you need are comfortable clothes, a sense of humor, a few toys, juice and snack for the little ones.
