Prenatal Yoga
Please join us for this gentle yoga class. Enjoy this sacred time & connect with your baby and with other Mom’s to be. No prior yoga experience necessary. The class is designed specifically for the special needs of the pregnant mother. Learn gentle poses and stretches to relieve common discomforts of pregnancy while strengthening and lengthening muscles and ligaments for natural delivery. Learn effective breathing techniques for labor and delivery.

 MOMMY TIME YOGA
Mommy Time yoga is a very informal class where Mom's bring the kids  along. Children crawling to 4 years are welcome.We know how hard it is to find a babysitter and how isolating motherhood can be at times. We allow the children to join in or play with their toys.Sometimes it's just downright noisy...but that's ok...we allow the children to be children & we can still  get a good workout in. All you need are comfortable clothes, a sense of humor, a few toys, juice and snack for the little ones.
