Schedule of Classes
      
       
BEGINNER YOGA-Learn the foundation of yoga, with direction and hands on guidance through each posture and breath.
UNIVERSAL YOGA- A moderate paced class for ALL LEVELS, includes asana, meditation & pranayama.
VINYASA II-An intermediate to advanced practice. Some challenging asanas,including arm balances,backbends, bound postures and inversions,experienced preferred.
SENIOR YOGA-Reap all the benefits from this gentle and motivating class suited for the mature adult.
PILATES-Develop abdominal strength, body control, flexibility of the spine and limbs, and the combined power of body and mind. All levels.*
PRENATAL- Enjoy ways to prepare your body for natural childbirth and recovery*
MOMMY TIME- Regain your strength & energy. Get a good workout in while connecting with other Mom's. Children aged 6 weeks to 4 years welcome.*
 RISE & SHINE YOGA- Start your day a better way with Yoga! This all-levels, one hour class includes breathwork for energy and focus, stretches and asanas to open the body, and a 10-15 minute meditation experience. 
CHAIR YOGA: Held at the New Hartford Senior Center
BACK CARE YOGA: Relieve back pain naturally and build a strong foundation for a healthy and pain free spine *
